Why I Made SaunaVerse!
Saunas are such a great and versatile tool. Athletes can use them to accelerate recovery and soothe sore muscles after or, indeed, before workouts. People who are more casually fit or have an office job can still gain huge benefits from routine sauna use, and it’s amazing just how easy this activity is – remember, it’s just sitting in a sauna! It’s a pleasant experience that can get your heart rate up and help flush your pores without you lifting a finger, and seems too good to be true.
But honestly, it isn’t too good to be true. The only problem is that the effects you want from a sauna can be a little tricky to track unless you know what to look for and how to use a sauna properly. On top of that, there are so many questions about saunas, sauna blankets, and all the other treatments in this territory (steam baths, heat therapy, cold-shock therapy, etc.) that it can be a little daunting to the uninitiated!
So, that’s why I made SaunaVerse! I hope this can be a place for people who want to enjoy saunas routinely or just try them out for the first time to have somewhere to go where they can get a straight answer that helps them get into this fascinating type of physical activity. I hope you enjoy it!
